First day on the blog. The fan is blowing, the tomato sauce is simmering, the dog is parked under the table, the beer is at hand, and the symphony is on the radio. This will definitely be a work in progress. Topics to be discussed #1 dogs, #2 ice hockey, #3 books, #4 the rest that life has to offer.
#1 Today's dogs...Roxy, Maxie, and Duncan or Dunkie Pooh. They love to smell me, smell all the other dogs I walk. They know each other even though they have never met. I love to grab their jowls and put my face close to theirs then talk to them about how much I love their punims. On hot days like today, they keep turning back over their shoulder to look at me as if to say, let's blow this pop stand. It's way too hot for any sane animal to be outside. Take care of business and head for the barn.
